2012: We added two trucks and expanded to commercial and office relocations. Weekend scheduling was introduced. We also offered short-term storage.
2013: Amid financial downturn, we introduced flexible rates and included basic insurance. Demand grew among budget-conscious customers. No layoffs occurred.
2014: We launched an online quote system and digital booking. This allowed better scheduling and fewer delays. Long-distance moving was added. Crews were trained for interstate compliance.
2018: We introduced structured crew training and checklists to reduce errors and claims. Packing, wrapping, and loading techniques were standardized.
